Mascouche, a young and popular city

Mascouche is a city located on the North Shore of Montreal in the administrative region of Lanaudière. Known since 1722 under this name, the city received its municipality status on December 9, 1970. It is, therefore, a young city also composed of a young population whose average age is 38 years.

It is also a popular residential destination in the Montreal metropolitan area. From 2011 to 2016, nearly 10,000 people have chosen to settle in Mascouche, mentioned on the cities websites. The main reasons for this attraction are:
